Corporate Director Of Outpatient Services

The Corporate Director of Outpatient Services provides executive-level leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) across the organization. This role ensures clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, and growth of outpatient behavioral health services. The Director leads multidisciplinary teams, drives program expansion, enhances patient outcomes, and aligns outpatient operations with the organization's mission, clinical standards, and business objectives. Job Duties: Ensure programs maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF, CMS). Establish and maintain clinical protocols, evidence-based treatment models, and outcome measurement frameworks. Oversee quality improvement initiatives, chart audits, and corrective action plans. Support clinicians in delivering trauma-informed, culturally competent, and ethically sound care. Oversee day-to-day operations of outpatient behavioral health clinics, ensuring high-quality delivery of IOP and PHP services. Standardize workflows, staffing models, and program structures across all sites to ensure consistency and efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including census, utilization, patient flow, clinical outcomes, and staff productivity. Implement best practices for patient engagement, retention, and continuity of care. Provide corporate-level leadership for all IOP and PHP behavioral health programs, including clinical, operational, and administrative functions. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand outpatient services, improve performance, and ensure sustainability. Collaborate with executive leadership to align outpatient behavioral health initiatives with organizational goals. Guide and mentor program directors, clinical managers, and interdisciplinary team members. Qualifications: Education:

HS Diploma, Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling Experience:

35 years of executive-level preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting License:
