Digital Marketing Manager
Manages and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Manages and oversees team. Essential duties and responsibilities include managing and implementing the digital marketing strategy for the division, leading operations to increase product demand, enhancing sales, identifying additional sales changes, attracting company website traffic, and promoting online presence. Develops digital marketing campaigns and promotions designed to attract customers to the business and answer questions to facilitate transactions. Reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to recognize user patterns and increase traffic to the website. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage, and retain visitors and promote sales. Manages content to retain customers, build trust, and establish long-term business relationships. Improves department processes and assists with digital marketing best practices to facilitate engagement and offer value to customers. Maximizes effectiveness and impact by harnessing data to drive predictive, consistent results, make better decisions, and maximize ROI. Creates and oversees budget and allocation of resources (i.e. SEO spend). Ensures that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values. Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development. Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information). Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Six (6) or more years of work experience in a marketing role or agency. Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies. Experience in stakeholder/community engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good leadership, problem solving, and time management skills. Advanced analytical skills. Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability and motivation to work independently. Ability to interface with executives internal and external. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
