Job Summary The Communications & Marketing Intern will support Thinking Maps’ marketing initiatives and help expand awareness of our work with educators and school systems nationwide. This role offers hands‑on experience contributing to real campaigns, digital communications, and outreach strategies for a growing education company.

Students interested in marketing, communications, or education technology will gain valuable experience working on projects that directly support schools and educators across the country.

Projects You May Work On

Supporting digital marketing campaigns promoting educator webinars and professional learning events

Assisting with marketing outreach to school districts and education leaders nationwide

Analyzing engagement metrics from email campaigns and digital communications

Helping develop content for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials

Conducting research on education markets and school district initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Assist with digital marketing campaigns and email communications

Support webinar promotion and event marketing initiatives

Help organize and manage marketing assets and communications materials

Assist with campaign performance analysis and engagement tracking Contribute ideas for content creation and marketing initiatives

Support CRM‑related marketing activities and campaign preparation

Qualifications

Current undergraduate or graduate student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Interest in digital marketing, communications, or education technology

Organized and able to manage multiple projects

Familiarity with marketing tools or analytics platforms is a plus

Interns will work closely with experienced professionals across marketing, operations, and leadership at Thinking Maps. This role provides exposure to real‑world marketing strategy, digital engagement, and the education sector.

Students will gain hands‑on experience using professional tools such as CRM systems, campaign analytics platforms, and marketing performance reporting.
