Brand Strategy & Annual Planning
Lead the development of annual brand plans, including objectives, strategies, and execution roadmaps aligned with business goals
Translate strategy into focused, adaptable action plans, adjusting quickly based on performance and market changes
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Innovation & Product Development
Identify consumer trends, insights, and whitespace opportunities to drive new product development
Lead stage-gate process, Own and manage the end-to-end innovation pipeline, from idea generation to commercialization
Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply chain, CCD and Sales teams
Advertising & Campaign Management
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on accelerating mental availability on digital & social-first platforms
Work with creative and media agencies to deliver compelling, locally relevant campaigns
Ensure brand consistency and strong execution across all consumer touchpoints
Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize based on performance data
Business Performance & Monthly Reviews
Maintain strong understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends
Lead monthly business reviews, analyzing sales performance, market share, and campaign effectiveness
Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior management, balancing short-term delivery with long-term brand building
Own the Brand P&L
