Mortgage Secondary Marketing Analyst

SUMMARY Provide quality, accurate and timely service to mortgage staff and establish and maintain relationships with secondary market investors. This role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and understanding of capital markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages risk pricing of loans in pipeline; process investor commitments; monitor rate fluctuations in marketplace and advise management of significant changes
Analyzes market trends and creates reports on loan profitability, delivery status, and investor performance.
Manages and monitors hedge performance by reviewing reports to mitigate risk while providing accurate data
Complies with bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and investor guidelines
Establishes and maintains secondary market investor relations by hosting and attending meetings
Retrieves investor rates, publish and distributes rate sheets on daily basis
Performs all other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:
Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
COMPUTER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT SKILLS Microsoft Office suite, MIAC, QRM, Compass Analytics
