You build trust, understand what our customers truly need, and help them confidently choose Wisenbaker.Your work won’t just drive sales, it will expand our footprint, strengthen our relationships, and help us stay ahead in a competitive market.**What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving Every Minute of It):*** Drive new business through field selling, cold outreach, and in-person presentations* Identify and target qualified prospects who align with our business model* Develop product programs tailored to prospective builders* Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding* Coordinate internal onboarding documentation* Provide simple, consistent reporting on sales activity and progress**What We’re Looking For:*** 2+ years of experience in sales required; cabinetry, construction, or manufacturing industry knowledge is a strong plus.* A track record of building or revamping career pathing, training programs, or development frameworks.* Self-motivated, great communicator, comfortable engaging with everyone from jobsite supervisors to executives.* A relationship-builder who knows how to balance persistence with professionalism.* Someone who thrives in the field, face-to-face, on the move, making things happen.**About the Company**At Wisenbaker, we don’t just support the homebuilding industry, we help build it from the ground up.
