Marketing Coordinator, Hospitality

LV Collective, Austin, TX, United States

What does it look like to be part of the team behind some of the most dynamic restaurant and hospitality experiences in the country?

At LV Collective, marketing isn’t just campaigns—it’s the connective tissue between brand, guest experience, and on-the-ground operations. As our Marketing Coordinator, Hospitality, you’ll support the systems, storytelling, and strategy that keep our concepts—like Daydreamer, Victory Lap, Side Piece Pies, Amaya, and more—running at a high level.

You’re the kind of person who notices when a Google listing is outdated, gets excited about building smarter email campaigns, and can seamlessly operate in both worlds—driving a pizza-and-beer, game‑day watch series while also supporting an influencer‑led, high‑end staycation. You stay tapped into what’s happening across hospitality and culture—from how brands show up on social to what’s trending in menus and guest experiences—and you’re eager to turn those insights into marketing that performs.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the marketing engine behind our hospitality portfolio—working closely with on‑site teams, contributing to digital channels, and helping execute the strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.
