Education Social Media Content for Spring Campaign * Be the first to apply to this opportunity

The Texas Microschool Alliance is seeking a skilled marketing or design volunteer to create a social media content calendar for Facebook and Instagram supporting a PreK–8 member microschool in Central Texas. This project needs to be completed by May 30, 2026.

We need:

12–16 branded posts including quote cards, educational content, and enrollment calls to action

2 infographics (what is a microschool + why small class sizes matter)

Captions, hashtags, and CTAs for every post

A reusable content calendar template

We will provide a complete brand kit, a Google Drive folder with school photos and video footage, and a one-page tone and audience guide. Feedback returned within 48 hours. Warm, family-focused tone. Fall 2026 enrollment season.

TMA exists to connect families to microschool education — small, intentional learning environments where every child is known, seen, and taught as an individual. Many families in Central Texas don't know this option exists for their child.

This content calendar puts microschool education in front of parents who are actively searching for something better. Every post, graphic, and caption moves a family one step closer to discovering a learning environment where their child can truly thrive.

For Fall 2026, enrollment is everything. A strong social media presence means more children in classrooms built for them — and that is the entire point of what TMA does.

We are fully prepared to hit the ground running. Our brand kit is complete and ready to share, including logo files, brand colors, and fonts. A Google Drive folder with school photos and video footage is organized and accessible. We have a clear picture of our target audience — families of PreK–8 children in Central Texas seeking an alternative to traditional schooling — and can provide a one-page tone and audience guide on day one.

Once content is delivered we will schedule and publish all posts directly through our social media accounts. Our team reviews and responds to drafts within 48 hours so the volunteer will never be waiting on us. We are committed to making this a smooth, efficient, and rewarding experience.

The Texas Microschool Alliance (TMA) is the first nonprofit in Texas built specifically for Texas microschool educators. Founded in 2025 in Kyle, Texas, TMA exists to fill a critical gap in the Texas education landscape — microschools are one of the fastest-growing segments of education in the state, yet no organizational infrastructure existed to support the educators building them. TMA provides community, advocacy, professional development, and tangible resources to microschool directors and teachers statewide, so they can focus on what they do best: educating children in the most personal and intentional way possible.
