Responsibilities What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary marketing

role. You’ll be embedded with product, sales, and development teams, and will help with internal and client-facing messaging, promotional strategy collateral, and market research to identify and attract new business opportunities.

Product Marketing & Messaging

Support lead generation and RFP identification

Develop product messaging that clearly communicates value and differentiation

Create and maintain sales enablement assets, one-pagers, case studies, and web content

Collaborate with Communications partners to develop digital strategies for paid campaigns

Help implement email and content marketing efforts for target audiences

Market & User Research

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usage analysis)

Identify user pain points, motivations, and unmet needs

Analyze competitors, industry trends, and adjacent tech landscapes

Translate insights into product positioning and roadmap inputs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with technical teams

Share insights in ways that drive alignment and better product decisions

Collaborate with marketing teammates focused on proposals, conferences, print and digital promotional materials, and digital strategy

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, HCD, or related field

2-4 years of experience in:

Product marketing

SaaS/technology marketing

Customer or user research

Interest in long-term growth as the team scales

Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Ability to work in office. This is not a remote role.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience in SaaS, Intelligent Transportation Systems, or B2B technology

Exposure to user interviews, research synthesis, or competitive analysis

Experience helping improve or define marketing processes
