We’re Hiring! Music & Camp Director
Charm City Players is looking for an energetic, experienced Music & Camp Director to lead our summer theatre intensives this June through August!
What You’ll Do
Direct music for 4 camp productions
Lead daily camp operations & strategy
Manage talented staff & counselors
Mentor young performers
Build community through clear communication
Who You Are
Music education background (degree or professional experience)
2+ years working with youth in performance/educational settings
Strong leader with organizational excellence
Passionate about arts education & theatre
Ready for a fast‑paced, creative challenge
The Opportunity Four consecutive 2‑week camps (June 22 – August 14) at Roland Park Country School in Baltimore. This is a chance to make a real impact on emerging theatre artists while working with an award‑winning nonprofit committed to arts education.
