Duties of the Director of Maintenance
Manage and upgrade equipment maintenance to support existing manufacturing and future expansion
Manage, train, and motivate Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Engineers
Manage and improve preventative maintenance program and create a proactive maintenance environment
Implement reliability maintenance program and maintenance KPIs
Assist with leading capital projects and expansions
Assist with developing department budget
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree is necessary
Previous experience in maintenance management at a manufacturing facility
Strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate all personnel scenarios
Proactive maintenance mentality and proven ability implementing a robust preventative maintenance program and reliability maintenance
