As a
Technical Cybersecurity Trainer
& Curriculum Developer, you will design and deliver customer-facing training experiences that help users understand and apply threat intelligence to their operational environments. Working under moderate supervision, you will take ownership of specific modules and sessions, contribute to hands‑on lab development, and partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to support the success of both new and experienced customers.
What You'll Do:
Focus on complex platform features, APIs, and integration guides for developer and enterprise audiences.
Deliver instructor‑led training (ILT) in live or virtual formats, including "Getting Started" and foundational courses.
Design, maintain, and improve hands‑on exercises, product walkthroughs, and Capture the Flag (CTF) activities under guidance.
Build and update customer‑facing training assets, including slide decks, handouts, and facilitator guides.
Collaborate with senior trainers and instructional designers to align training materials with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and the NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework.
Support and co‑facilitate intermediate‑level product workshops with experienced team members.
Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure curriculum reflects evolving product features and use cases.
Assist in evaluating learner feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement in training.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years in a technical training, cybersecurity analyst, or instructional design role.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and operational security use cases.
Familiarity with adult learning theory and training best practices.
Experience delivering virtual training via platforms such as Zoom, Webex, or Microsoft Teams.
Basic proficiency with instructional tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit).
Clear written and verbal communication skills for external audiences.
Team player mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
CEH or CompTIA CySA+ certification (or equivalent)
Experience using or teaching with threat intelligence platforms
Exposure to building MITRE ATT&CK‑aligned training materials
Some experience with hands‑on lab or simulation development
Knowledge of frameworks like NICE or NIST CSF
An understanding of customer enablement or product adoption concepts.
