Ensure compliance with all California Community Care Licensing (CCL) regulations Maintain safety, ratios, health standards, and accurate documentation

Oversee curriculum implementation (possible job-share) aligned with CA Early Learning Foundations Support observation, coaching, and classroom quality across programs (possible job-share)
Operational Leadership
Manage budgets and enrollment Ensure smooth daily operations Support strategic growth of the school
Building Family Trust & Community
Lead tours and enrollment conversations Support families with communication, transparency, and partnership Create memorable experiences that shape long-term satisfaction
Education and Experience: Program Director Permit or Child Development Site Supervisor Permit
Or: a Bachelor's degree in Child Development, 3 units Administration, and 1 year teaching Or: a degree in Child Development, 3 units Administration, and 2 years teaching Or: 12 core ECE/Child Development units with 3 units in Admin or Staff Relations, 4 years teaching experience
Familiarity with state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families, staff, and the community Additional Requirements (Preferred): Health & Safety: Valid pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (EMSA approved), 15 hours of Health and Safety training, and Mandated Reporter training Clearances: Criminal record clearance through DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index Medical: Proof of negative TB test, health screening, and required immunizations (Measles, Pertussis, and Influenzaor valid declination) Compensation: $73,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
