Location:
Orangeburg, NY (Onsite – 5 days per week)

Contract (6 months potential for direct hire)

Up to $40/hour depending upon experience
Schedule:
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (After training, flexible start time of 7:30 AM or 8:30 AM available)

Qualifications Education
BA or BS degree in a Graphic Design–related field
required
BFA preferred
Required Experience ("Must Haves")
2+ years of experience as an Artwork / Graphics Designer in a
regulated industry
Medical Device or Pharmaceutical labeling experience
required
Proficiency with
Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud
(InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
Experience with industrial or product labeling
Preferred Experience ("Nice to Haves")
SAP or similar ERP system experience
TrackWise or other QMS software experience, with emphasis on
change management
Experience managing translations and multi-language documents
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain layout and production design for manuals, product inserts, packaging, and labeling, including troubleshooting artwork issues as they arise
Maintain and design product logos and branding elements as needed
Support Operations by creating symbols, pictograms, and graphics for products and the production environment
Proofread and review graphics and artwork produced by contracted service providers
Create and process Change Orders, utilizing familiarity with SAP interfaces and change mechanisms to implement updates efficiently with minimal supervision
