
Remote Sr. Product Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and lead the execution of the product roadmap for the Bend Health platform. Your contributions will impact the accessibility of life-changing mental health care for various populations, including children and neurodiverse groups. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and data science, to enhance user engagement and integrate services into the broader platform. This position will also involve working with clinical and operations teams to optimize care delivery, ensuring that our solutions are both effective and user-centered.
Accountabilities
Craft a thoughtful product strategy and roadmap to enhance member engagement.
Support integration with the broader mental health ecosystem.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs.
Define and analyze product metrics for decision-making.
Prioritize features aligned with company goals and user needs.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate product plans.
Develop and communicate detailed product requirements.
Ensure successful delivery of new features with designers and engineers.
Write release notes and train stakeholders on new functionalities.
Identify and drive process improvements within the Product team.
Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of experience in product management within SaaS or health tech.
Experience managing all phases of the product lifecycle.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong listening skills and a passion for user research.
Demonstrated leadership and accountability in product management.
Ability to think analytically in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-have: experience with user growth and healthcare technology.
