to support their
Investor Relations team

What youll do: Manage complex executive calendars and priorities tied to investor outreach and fundraising Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics Support investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and internal memos Maintain investor data and engagement tracking in CRM systems Conduct research on investors, market trends, and competitors Collaborate across global teams and departments ????
Ideal background: 5+ years supporting senior executives (IR, finance, or corporate communications experience a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills High level of discretion handling confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment This role offers
exposure to senior leadership, global collaboration, and the opportunity to play a key role in investor engagement
