Are you looking to transform the way a user interacts with government systems and technologies? A good application or user environment is more than just the code, infrastructure, and a nice‑looking interface—it’s the way it addresses a user’s needs. As a Dashboard Developer you put yourself in the user’s place to understand the best ways they can engage with the system. You have an opportunity to provide the customer with a deep understanding of their data, what it all means, and how they can use it.

In this role you’ll lead the design and development of intuitive, high‑performance dashboards that visualize critical metrics from various ICAM systems. These dashboards support engineering and technical operations teams with real‑time monitoring data, and provide leadership with high‑level reports on system performance and operational health. You’ll work closely with back‑end teams to integrate data from multiple ICAM systems such as user access logs, role‑based access control, and incident tracking into cohesive, real‑time visualizations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the data. Focus on displaying actionable insights through metrics that support system performance tracking, incident detection, and operational trends. Dashboards include granular technical data for operational teams and summary visualizations for executives and leadership. You’ll collaborate with engineers, security teams, and leadership to gather requirements and iteratively develop dashboards that align with specific user needs, providing a seamless, intuitive experience for users of varying technical expertise.

With your experience in predictive analytics and automation, we’ll provide the government with the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn disparate data points into objective answers to help military leaders make informed decisions.
