Director, Enterprise Technology Products

is responsible for setting the strategic direction, governance, and execution of enterprise technology platforms that enable research, operational, and corporate functions across the organization. This leader owns the enterprise systems product portfolio, ensures alignment with business strategy, and drives measurable value through scalable, secure, and integrated solutions. This role partners closely with technology leadership and cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure enterprise systems support current operational needs while enabling long-term organizational growth and scalability.The **Director, Enterprise Technology Products** reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Nashville, TN location. **Responsibilities** Balance innovation, regulatory requirements, scalability, and operational stability across the enterprise portfolio. Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer. **Key Competencies** Proven ability to manage complex, multi-platform product portfolios. Experience leading and developing senior product professionals. Ability to align technology investments with long-term business objectives.Familiarity with healthcare technology, compliance, and security considerations. Ability to guide teams and stakeholders through transformation and growth. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of experience in product management, product leadership, or enterprise systems roles. 5+ years of people management experience, including managing product managers or equivalent roles. Experience overseeing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, research systems, identity management, data platforms, or service management tools.
