Are you an expert in RF and Microwave engineering who thrives on solving complex challenges and influencing cutting-edge system design? We’re looking for a Senior RF Design Engineer to lead the development of advanced RF modules and systems in a high-impact environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Design and develop advanced RF modules, systems, and specialized RF circuits
Lead technical decision-making, including architecture, design tradeoffs, and system optimization
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CAD, technicians, and program stakeholders
Develop detailed technical documentation, reports, and design artifacts
Support proposal efforts, solution development, and customer-facing technical discussions
Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies

✅ What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
15+ years of RF module and/or RF systems engineering experience
Deep expertise in RF and Microwave engineering principles
Proven experience designing RF systems and complex RF circuits
Strong technical leadership and decision-making capabilities
Experience with tools such as Genesys, AWR, SPICE, or similar design software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
U.S. Citizenship required

Experience supporting DoD, military, or defense-related programs
Background in customer-facing technical support or business development
Experience with bids, proposals, and technical solutioning
Track record of improving engineering workflows and methodologies
Experience working closely with CAD teams and engineering technicians
