What You’ll Do
Fabricate Custom Pieces: Build high-quality cabinets, countertops, and fixtures using various materials and techniques.
Collaborate on Designs: Work closely with drafters and designers to understand specifications and bring designs to life.
Use Advanced Tools: Operate a variety of common and uncommon power and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
Maintain Quality: Conduct quality checks to ensure all pieces meet our standards.
Innovate and Improve: Implement improvements in materials, techniques, or processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Grow Your Career: Develop your skills and take on more responsibility, with opportunities to move into specialty or supervisory roles.
What You Bring
Aim for Mastery in Craft: Exceptional woodworking and fabrication skill with experience in building cabinets and countertops.
