About the Role

Comprehend Health is entering a critical growth phase after achieving strong product–market fit across therapy clinics nationwide.

We’re hiring a foundational Account Executive who will own the full sales cycle—from first contact to close. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives on converting interest into revenue and building meaningful client relationships.


What You’ll Do
  • Own the Full Sales Cycle From inbound lead to close—no handoffs, full accountability.
  • Convert Inbound Leads to Demos Engage prospects via phone, email, and SMS with consistent follow-ups.
  • Run Discovery Calls & Product Demos Identify client needs and position solutions effectively.
  • Drive Trial-to-Close Conversion Support onboarding, monitor usage, and guide clients toward adoption and purchase.
  • Build Your Own Pipeline Source opportunities through outbound outreach and personal networks.
  • Contribute to Sales Strategy Provide insights on messaging, objections, and process improvements.


Who You Are
  • 2+ years of AE experience in B2B SaaS — you've owned a full sales cycle and have the closes to show for it
  • Bonus points if you've sold into physical therapy, rehab, or healthcare clinics
  • Relentless on outreach — phone, email, SMS — and you don't stop until you get an answer
  • Consultative seller who can run discovery, handle objections, and build genuine trust with clinic owners
  • Self-directed and pipeline-minded — you're not waiting for leads to fall in your lap
  • Motivated by ownership, performance-based comp, and growing with a company from the ground floor


Compensation & Benefits
  • $65,000-$75,000 base | ~$120K OTE | Uncapped commission
  • Commission tied directly to deals you close — the more you own, the more you earn
