
Enterprise Account Executive

Hampton North is partnering with an identity technology company to hire an Enterprise Account Executive for their sales team. This is a pure hunter role for a seasoned enterprise seller who thrives in greenfield territory and knows how to open doors at the C-suite level.
Location: On-Site New York, NY
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own new business development across enterprise accounts. You'll run the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract and build a market from the ground up in one of the country's most target-rich territories.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive net-new enterprise revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($100K to $1M+ ACV)
- Build and execute a territory plan for the New York metro market, identifying high-value targets across financial services, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and beyond
- Engage C-suite and senior buyers including CISO, CTO, CIO, and VP of Operations with a consultative, value-driven approach
- Translate complex identity and security challenges into compelling business cases tailored to each prospect's goals and compliance requirements
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences across the New York market
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of closing enterprise deals
- Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch; this is a hunter role and self-sourcing is expected
- Comfortable navigating large organizations with multiple stakeholders across security, IT, operations, and legal
- Strong commercial acumen; you can build a business case, model ROI, and connect product capability to customer outcomes
- Collaborative, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in a scaling environment
- Experience selling into security, identity, fraud, or compliance adjacent markets a strong plus but not required
