Senior Teamcenter Solution Architect
to support our client.
The Senior Teamcenter Solution Architect will provide enterprise‑level architectural leadership, governance oversight, and strategic direction for PLM initiatives. The role operates in an advisory capacity—rather than hands‑on configuration—and partners closely with technical leadership, IT organizations, and system integrators.
Responsibilities
Provide enterprise architectural guidance and governance for all Teamcenter programs
Define deployment strategies, architectural guardrails, and best‑practice patterns for system integrator‑led implementations
Review solution designs, readiness assessments, and implementation plans to ensure long‑term scalability and sustainability
Lead strategic planning for Teamcenter core, Active Workspace, upgrades, and environment lifecycle management
Oversee enterprise search architecture, including SOLR/SolrCloud indexing and high‑availability search patterns
Provide architectural direction for AI‑enabled Teamcenter capabilities, including Copilot, AI Chat, and future AI integrations
Establish digital‑thread reference architectures and validate integration patterns with adjacent enterprise systems
Assess program readiness, identify architectural risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
Lead executive‑level architecture reviews, roadmap sessions, and stakeholder advisory engagements
Qualifications
10+ years of PLM architecture experience with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter
Demonstrated success providing architectural governance for large‑scale enterprise programs
Experience supporting Aerospace & Defense organizations and regulated data environments
Strong understanding of Teamcenter deployment models, upgrade strategy, and environment lifecycle planning
Proven ability to collaborate with customer IT teams and third‑party system integrators
Experience enabling digital thread solutions across engineering and manufacturing
Familiarity with ITAR, CUI, and other A&D controlled data compliance requirements
Compensation
Salary Range: $160,000-$200,000 depending on experience
