
Concierge Recruitment Specialist

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Conduct outbound recruitment calls using targeted donor lists to promote blood donation and @Home services.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule donor appointments in alignment with eligibility guidelines and inventory needs.
Educate donors on donation procedures, eligibility, and program benefits.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all donor interactions within the CRM system.
Ensure donors are appropriately prepared for scheduled @Home appointments.
Rare and Priority Donor Engagement
Identify and cultivate relationships with rare, specialized, and high-priority donors.
Support retention efforts by reinforcing future donation scheduling and donor follow-up.
Partner with recruitment and operations teams to align donor availability with organizational needs.
Adjust outreach focus based on evolving inventory priorities and organizational direction.
@Home and Mobile Coordination
Support coordination and readiness for @Home donation appointments.
Conduct pre-appointment checks for routing accuracy, donor readiness, and schedule integrity.
Communicate effectively with mobile and recruitment teams to support successful field operations.
Assist in maintaining operational awareness of supply and scheduling needs impacting @Home services.
Team Collaboration and Administrative Support
Work closely with recruitment, donor services, and mobile teams to align outreach strategies.
Assist with clerical duties, reporting, and team logistics as needed.
Participate in meetings, training, and organizational initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Schedule Requirements Must be able to work a varied schedule based on operational needs.
Additional Responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned to support SunCoast Blood Centers’ mission, vision, and values.
Physical And Environmental Requirements Physical Requirements
Extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer use.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Environmental Requirements
Exposure to typical Florida outdoor conditions during field activities.
Possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens; appropriate PPE provided.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Minimum two (2) years of experience in donor recruitment, customer service, sales, hospitality, or community outreach required. Experience coordinating field-based scheduling or mobile logistics required. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with donors and community partners required. Relevant military logistics or dispatch experience will be considered, including specialties such as 88N (Army), 3529 (USMC), and 2T1X1or 21R (Air Force), or comparable roles.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including phone-based outreach.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and donor database tools.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and professional communication with donors.
Strong attention to detail and scheduling accuracy.
Licenses / Certifications Valid Florida driver's license required and must meet insurability standards.
