Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a highly skilled Oracle DBA to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle DBA, you will be an integral part of the Data Management Department supporting enterprise-wide database solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Design, install, maintain, and upgrade enterprise production databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and resolve data flow and content issues, translating business requirements into effective database solutions.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, implementing improvements to enhance database efficiency and stability.
Implement and test disaster recovery and high‑availability solutions, including clustering and replication technologies.
Perform database security management, including user provisioning, auditing, and compliance with security standards.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
Hands‑on experience supporting Oracle databases, including versions 12.1 through 19c, with expertise in installation, migration, patching, and disaster recovery.
Proficiency with Oracle RAC, ExaData/ExaCC/ExaCS, and familiarity with Oracle OEM for monitoring and diagnostics.
Experience with backup and restore procedures using RMAN, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and PowerShell, along with Unix/Linux operating systems.
