Technical Sales and Services EngineerⅡ (Exempt)
Summary We are seeking a Technical Sales and Services EngineerⅡ to join our team. As a Technical Sales and Services EngineerⅡ, you will play a crucial role in providing technical sales activities, field service work and business development. Your primary focus will be on analyzing customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and contributing to the growth of our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers, showcase technical expertise, and drive revenue growth.
Essential Duties
Seek to acquire new customers and projects
Conduct product demos and sales presentations to potential customers
Provide after-sales service, including equipment repair
Frequent business travel within the U.S. (travel allowance and travel expense provided)
English-Japanese interpretation
Working Hours & Style 8:30-17:30
Working Location Wixom, MI
Salary & Benefit 80K-90K (including guaranteed semiannual bonuses)
Health insurance (Medical, Dental) (eligible for enrollment after 3 months of employment)
Equitable 401(k) (eligible for enrollment after 2 years of employment)

Qualifications
Fluency in Japanese (English-Japanese bilingual is required)
A few years of technical sales experience or engineering experience in the manufacturing industries
Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs
Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving
Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
