Sales Administration Associate

The Sales Administration Associate will provide customer service and administrative support for the Sales Department. This involves responding to customer requests and processing orders for consumable and demand service items.

Essential Responsibilities

Provides customer service and administrative support for Parts Sales. Responds to customer inquiries; maintains customer documents, correspondence and files.

Assists customers placing parts orders for consumable and demand service items.

Provides customer pricing and shipping costs as necessary.

Enters customer sales orders into ERP system and supports the delivery process; deliveries may require preparation of import/export documents.

Coordinates Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and processes corresponding credits.

Gathers information related to material items, pricing, credit terms, delivery terms to generate and complete parts quotes.

May assist in all Sales Administration support requirements including IQS quotes, brochures, and customer letters.

Requirements

Associate's degree in Business, plus 1-3 years sales administration or related experience.

Time management skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills are required.

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems desired.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Base Minimum: $55,000 - Salary Base Maximum $60,000. The base range above represents the low and high end of the JEOL salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition, JEOL provides a variety of benefits to eligible employees including health and dental insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K plan with company match and contribution, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, paid sick time, and paid vacation.
