Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Group Employee Benefit Advisor for the Mid-Atlantic Region to serve as a trusted consultant for our clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in State College, PA. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, evaluating and recommending employee benefits plans, assisting with training, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves identifying opportunities for new business, conducting client presentations, and staying informed about market and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Employee Benefits and Insurance with the ability to analyze and recommend comprehensive benefit solutions.

Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and build long-term client relationships.

Experience in Training and educating clients or team members about benefit plans and compliance requirements.

Proficient in Sales with a track record of developing new business and meeting targets.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with relevant technology and software tools is a plus.

Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
