We’re hiring a Product Analyst – Operational Cutover Lead to support a large scale Order Management System (OMS) migration. You’ll own business and operational readiness and lead the operational execution of cutover activities, partnering closely with a Technical Cutover Lead to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to a new OMS platform.

Pay Rate Range

- $40-45/hr on W2 (NO C2C)

Responsibilities

Own the operational cutover plan and align business activities to the technical cutover timeline

Translate technical cutover events into clear business and operational actions

Partner cross?functionally to ensure readiness across Customer Care, Fulfillment, Stores, and Finance

Develop and manage cutover runbooks, rehearsals, and go?live criteria

Serve as operational lead during live cutover and command center execution

Drive post?cutover stabilization and lessons learned

Required Qualifications

5+ years in product, business analysis, operations, or program coordination

Experience supporting large?scale system migrations or launches

Strong cross?functional skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business impact

Experience creating runbooks, launch plans, or cutover playbooks

OMS, e?commerce, retail fulfillment, or command center experience a plus
