Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in leasing or property management preferred. Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient with computers and property management software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor.
