What you’ll do
Manage the processing of payslips and all related tax and social security obligations.
Oversee annual requirements including Certificazione Unica (CU), Modello 770, and INAIL self‑declarations, as well as periodic Uniemens filings.
Execute all procedures related to hiring, contract transformations, and terminations, ensuring all mandatory communications and legal filings are completed accurately.
Provide expert legal guidance on labor law, supporting the company in the correct application of regulations, protecting organizational interests, and managing employment‑related litigation.
Offer consultancy regarding employment contracts, supplementary company agreements, and disciplinary proceedings.
Monitor the evolution of labor legislation and industrial relations. Draft and maintain internal policies, company regulations, and procedures.
Ensure operational adherence to Health & Safety regulations (D.Lgs 81/08), coordinating mandatory training, medical surveillance, and the maintenance of safety documentation.
Implement a scalable Global Mobility and offshore framework, defining policies for international assignments, shadow payrolls, and tax equalization.
Ensure full adherence to international labor legislation, social security treaties, and administrative requirements for offshore jurisdictions.
Navigate the payroll and tax complexities of a distributed workforce, ensuring compliant execution across diverse regulatory environments.
What you’ll need
8+ years in a Senior HR Generalist or Operations role with vertical mastery of Italian payroll and labor law.
Ability to apply an analytical and agile approach to international expansion, building administrative frameworks from the ground up to support scalability.
Deep knowledge of labor law and HR admin domain as well as proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Zucchetti, ADP).
Professional fluency in English is mandatory for managing international employee relations and legislative matters.
Degree in Law, Economics, or HR Management with a specialized focus on Labor Relations.
