Summary The Home Lending Secondary Market Shipper supports the delivery of eligible agency loan sales to FNMA, FHLMC, FHLB and GNMA.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provides advanced clerical support to Home Lending Secondary Marketing

Coordinates a variety of complex tasks and data input under minimal supervision

Resolves data discrepancies between Loan Origination Systems and agency calculated values

Maintains detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, agency eligibility guidelines and loan delivery standards

Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal, regulatory and investor defined reporting, remitting and reconciling requirements

Bond duties

Job must be onsite and can only be filled in one of these locations: Columbus, OH; Port Huron, MI; Detroit, MI; Boardman, OH; Byron Center, MI; or Tupelo, MS

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma

3+ years in a high-volume administrative role working on and resolving complex tasks

Preferred Qualifications

PC and internet proficiency based on experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning, and follow-up

Strong customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and set goals

Ability to prioritize daily workload with minimal supervision in accordance with established department and investor deadlines
