The role involves managing and servicing commercial insurance accounts, building strong client relationships, coordinating policy renewals, and addressing customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. You will work collaboratively within the team to ensure clients receive tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs, with a focus on top-tier customer service and account management.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Commercial Lines Coverage and the ability to tailor policies to meet clients' unique needs
Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Understanding of Employee Benefits and their role in comprehensive insurance solutions
Familiarity with insurance industry standards, policy guidelines, and regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools
State insurance licensing is required or willingness to obtain the necessary license
Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly with commercial accounts, is required
