Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a Real Estate Credit Analyst based in Atlanta, GA. A background check may be run only after a conditional offer is made, where permitted by law. Position Overview The Real Estate Credit Analyst will support the underwriting, structuring, and execution of real estate credit and structured equity investments. This role involves financial modeling, due diligence, and preparation of investment materials while collaborating with senior professionals and internal teams. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities Build and maintain financial underwriting models. Support origination and execution of new investments. Assist in preparing Investment Committee and investor materials. Perform property-level due diligence and financial analysis. Assess investment feasibility using research tools and market data. Review legal documents and third-party reports. Support transaction closings and coordinate with counterparties. Required Experience/Skills Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. 1–4 years of experience in commercial real estate or related fields. Strong financial modeling skills; Excel proficiency required. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience/Skills Experience with opportunistic or structured real estate credit. Familiarity with Argus and advanced Excel modeling. Knowledge of real estate finance, debt, and equity structures. Understanding of property operating statements and construction budgets. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
