Executive Communications Specialist

Location: Downtown Atlanta (Onsite 4 days per week)

Assignment Duration: April 15, 2026 – April 16, 2027

About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Communications Specialist to support senior leaders by crafting compelling, high‑impact communications. This role partners directly with executives—including CEOs, SVPs, and other senior leaders—to develop strategic narratives, presentations, and messaging that influence internal and external audiences.

The ideal candidate brings outstanding writing abilities, proven project‑management skills, and experience navigating fast‑paced, matrixed environments. This position also plays a key role in supporting major initiatives and large‑scale events requiring cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop executive‑level written communications, presentations, and messaging.

Partner closely with senior leaders to understand priorities and shape strategic communication plans.

Conduct research, synthesize complex information, and turn insights into clear, engaging storytelling.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality delivery.

Lead and coordinate cross‑functional efforts for large events, programs, and communication initiatives.

Maintain exceptional attention to detail and uphold brand voice, tone, and quality standards.

Collaborate effectively across teams in a matrixed organization.

Desired Qualifications

Demonstrated experience writing for or directly supporting executives (CEO, SVP, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with video, graphics, or multimedia production is a plus.

Strong project‑management experience, including building and scaling new programs.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a structured, organized manner.

Proven success collaborating across diverse teams on large, complex projects.

Outstanding attention to detail and deadline‑driven mindset.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
