Role Description

This role is located in Delhi for a Conference Producer. The Conference Producer will research and develop high‑quality conference programs, identify and liaise with industry‑leading speakers, and oversee event content delivery to align promotional strategies, and managing conference agendas and timelines. The individual will also serve as the community manager to collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution and impactful attendee experiences.

Qualifications

Strong skills in community management

Experience in Stakeholder Management, Speaker Outreach, and Communication

Event Coordination and Project Management capabilities

Proactive problem‑solving ability and excellent organizational skills

Knowledge of trends and updates in cybersecurity or related technology fields is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Communications, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
