Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Admissions and Marketing professional at Frontier Valley Independent and Assisted Living, located in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the admissions process, engaging with prospective residents and families, and developing and executing marketing strategies. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include providing information about the community, facilitating tours, building relationships, collaborating with the team to meet occupancy goals, and representing the community at events.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively connect with residents, families, and staff.

Experience in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed occupancy targets.

Familiarity with Student Recruiting and Education processes, particularly helpful for admissions‑related activities.

Organizational and time management abilities to handle various tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.

Passion for providing excellent care and creating a positive living environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
