Qualifications

Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills for establishing and maintaining client relationships
Experience in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Willingness and capability to participate in Training and continuous learning
A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Proficient in leveraging technology, including CRM systems, to enhance customer interactions and manage sales processes efficiently
