Are you a creative, organized, and detail-oriented marketer who loves bringing ideas to life? We’re looking for a
Marketing Assistant
to support our sales and marketing teams with a mix of
hands-on coordination, digital marketing, and design projects . In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts-managing leads, supporting campaigns, creating content, and helping our brand shine across channels. What You’ll Do: Manage and process leads in Salesforce for timely follow-up Support marketing and sales operations, keeping projects running smoothly Maintain marketing materials and inventory in our warehouse Assemble promotional kits, mailers, and trade show packages Assist with social media campaigns—scheduling, tracking, and performance analysis Help create engaging content: graphics, photography, and video editing Support production of marketing materials: flyers, catalogs, ads, and trade show assets Coordinate and assist with product video shoots (planning, filming, editing) Perform website updates, data entry, and other general marketing support tasks What We’re Looking For: 1+ years of marketing or design experience (high school diploma required; some college preferred) Proficiency in
Microsoft Office ; experience with
Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere) Experience with
Salesforce or other CRMs
is a plus Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills A creative mindset with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented, proactive, and ready to take initiative Why You’ll Love This Role: This is more than a support role—you’ll
