The opportunity Unity is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to drive Industry sales across a defined set of Named Accounts in the AMER region. This role will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for our Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite. You will play a critical role in expanding Unity’s footprint, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the continued growth of the Industry Sales team. The ideal candidate will bring deep account management expertise and a passion for enabling customer success with cutting-edge technology.

What you’ll be doing

Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas within a defined set of Named Accounts in the AMER region.

Revenue Generation: Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing Enterprise-level deals.

Cross‑functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure successful deal closure and customer adoption.

Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customer executives and business decision‑makers.

Market Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and clearly articulating the value of Unity's solutions to drive digital transformation.

What we’re looking for

Strong experience in SaaS, Platform, and/or Cloud Technology sales

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a personal quota

Experience navigating and closing complex, six‑to‑seven figure enterprise deals

Effective management of a large sales pipeline and accurate forecasting

Proficiency in developing and delivering executive‑level presentations

You might also have

Expertise in RealTime3D, Asset Management, Data Transformation, and Visualization

Experience managing accounts within the Public Sector, including government agencies or federal contractors

Experience working with Channels, ISV's, and System Integrators or Service Partners

Gross pay salary: $100,800—$151,200 USD
