Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities

Design and documentation for large-scale hospitality projects (casinos, restaurants, spas, hotels).

Lead project presentations, coordinate with consultants, and assist with client meetings.

Execute space planning, conceptual design, visualization, and FF&E selection.

Produce interior design documentation using Revit and other design software.

Participate in construction administration, including site observations and RFI responses.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure design quality, code compliance, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.

6+ years of experience in interior design, with 2-3 recent years using Revit.

Portfolio demonstrating large-scale hospitality project experience.

Strong presentation and coordination skills, including experience with consultant teams.

Preferred Professional licensure; proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

Interview Process Streamlined 2-3 step process: initial HR and team interview, in-office team interview, additional interviews if needed with standards/practice team.
