Regional Product Manager - Wear Parts & Consumables

As Regional Product Manager for Wear Parts and Consumables, you will drive sales growth and profitability across the aftermarket portfolio, managing the full commercial lifecycle while working closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams. This role sits within an innovative business operating in the hydrogen technology space. Responsibilities Act as the regional expert and key support for sales teams on wear parts and consumables Develop competitive, value-based pricing and drive margin growth Identify and grow new business opportunities across industries and customer segments Manage and evolve the regional product portfolio in line with market needs Gather customer insights and translate them into product improvements Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction Support sales teams with training, tools, and technical guidance Experience & Skills Experience in product management, technical sales, or applications (preferably in compressors or similar equipment) Strong commercial mindset with proven success in pricing and revenue growth Good technical understanding of industrial components or wear parts Ability to work across teams in an international, matrix environment Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluent in English and German Willingness to travel within the region If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV to the application below.
