E-Commerce Retail Associate - Store Lister

Job Summary Work in stores with the E-Commerce team to fulfill production requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Create manifests for the e-commerce department from the retail stores
Accurately describe items listed online with photographs and written descriptions while meeting production quotas
Pack products safely and efficiently
Follow procedures for sending/scanning books
Identify products accurately and describe them correctly when manifesting/listing
Organize and stock items, maintain inventory counts as needed
Complete end of day procedure in area worked daily
Assist with loading and unloading the truck when necessary
Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position
Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants
Work independently and utilize critical thinking skills when necessary
Travel to different retail locations to assist stores with e-commerce functions
Ensure retail locations follow e-commerce policies and procedures
Assist retail stores with sorting/tagging products while pulling products for the e-commerce department
Assist in processing wares and/or softlines in the store to find items for E-Commerce and produce product for the store
Performs other duties as assigned

Education And/Or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Ability to type 40-50 wpm required
Knowledge of collectibles including jewelry, antiques, books, etc.
Previous experience in secondhand markets preferred.
Must have computer skills including knowledge of word processing programs, how to use email and internet software.
