Job Summary We are seeking motivated individuals for a Summer Sales Internship. This seasonal opportunity is designed for students and entry-level candidates interested in gaining hands‑on experience in customer acquisition and direct sales. This role offers structured sales training, performance‑based compensation, and professional development in a competitive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door‑to‑door sales in assigned residential areas.
Generate leads and acquire new customers.
Present and explain company services to homeowners.
Close sales and manage follow‑ups.
Meet or exceed weekly sales goals.
Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training.
Schedule
Full‑time (40–60 hours per week).
Monday–Saturday.
Seasonal summer position.
Compensation
Commission‑based pay + performance bonuses.
Average first‑year earnings: $8,000–$35,000 for the summer.
Compensation is performance‑based and not guaranteed.
Additional incentives available for high performers.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation required.
Must be available for full summer schedule.
