Contract Production Grapic Designer
On-site, 5 days per week in Austin, TX
Experience: 3+ years
Our client, an established performance-focused consumer brand is seeking a freelance Production Graphic Designer to support the creative team on a contract basis. This role will contribute to the development and execution of digital and marketing assets across multiple channels, with occasional print work.
Responsibilities
Design a range of creative assets including website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, digital ads, and potential print materials
Support campaign launches, promotions, seasonal updates, and ongoing content refreshes across various channels
Edit lifestyle and studio photography to ensure cohesive and consistent brand imagery
Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across platforms
Deliver production-ready files with strong attention to detail and within deadlines
Provide design support across additional brand touchpoints as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in graphic or visual design (freelance, agency, or in-house)
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and digital execution
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience working within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Motion/animation experience is a plus
Familiarity with HTML, web design, CMS platforms, or website builders is a plus
Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take initiative
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35-$40 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
