is seeking a high-energy Conference Services Manager for a premier hotel property in Hudson County. If you excel at turning contracts into flawlessly executed corporate meetings and social events, we want to talk to you. The Role This is a pivotal "Sales-to-Operations" role. You will be the primary point of contact for groups (10+ guestrooms), managing everything from drafting BEOs and conducting site tours to on-site event execution and final billing. Key Responsibilities: Manage corporate and social event logistics (BEOs, room blocks, and vendors). Upsell banquet revenue and close local catering business. Lead pre-event meetings and act as the on-site advocate for event organizers. Monitor master account accuracy and group "pickup and wash" reporting. Salary Range:
$70,000 – $80,000 (Based on experience) Comprehensive Health:
