We’re seeking a Hospitality Ambassador who thrives in a dynamic, hands‑on environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional, detail‑driven service.
What You’ll Do
Host elevated, personalized tastings that reflect the Reeve standard of excellence
Build genuine relationships with guests while confidently guiding them toward purchase decisions
Work collaboratively with a tight‑knit team to ensure seamless daily operations
Maintain and execute a polished, detail‑oriented guest experience from arrival to departure
Assist with setup, breakdown, and property upkeep in a physically active, outdoor setting
Support private appointments and special experiences with precision and care
What We’re Looking For
A strong work ethic and a no‑task‑too‑small mindset
A natural host—warm, intuitive, and highly attentive to detail
Comfortable with sales and motivated to meet goals
A team‑first mentality with excellent communication skills
Adaptable, flexible, and solutions‑oriented in a changing and primarily outdoor environment
Willingness to work outdoors, stay on your feet, and lift up to 50 lbs (a case of wine)
Availability on weekends and holidays (especially Saturdays and Sundays) is essential
Wine knowledge is important here, but mindset matters more. Curiosity, humility, and a desire to grow carry real weight.

Full‑time (~32 hours/week), Saturday, Sunday, Monday plus 1‑2 other shifts/week
Appointment‑only tastings, 7 days a week
