Job Title: Executive & Personal Assistant
Location: Fort Mill / Charlotte Area (travel between office, errands, and occasional remote work)
Position Type: Full-Time (hours and days may vary)
About the Role: The right candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive & Personal Assistant to support a busy law firm owner. This role blends professional administrative support with personal assistance and requires someone who can seamlessly shift between business and personal responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
No two days will look the same—this is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems before they arise.
Key Responsibilities: Executive / Business Support:
Assist with day-to-day operations at the law firm
Support limited scheduling and coordination of marketing engagements
Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and follow-ups
Help with limited office bookkeeping tasks
Assist with basic tasks related to the owner’s travel agency
Run business-related errands as needed
Help manage priorities and ensure deadlines are met
Personal Assistant Duties:
Handle personal errands, appointments, and logistics
Assist with personal bookkeeping and organization of financial records
Assist with household coordination and day-to-day personal needs
Anticipate needs and proactively manage tasks
Maintain organization across both business and personal matters
Marketing & Social Media Support:
Assist online marketing director with social media posting and basic content coordination
Help maintain consistency across marketing platforms
Support light marketing efforts and brand presence
General Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and right hand
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal staff
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and urgent requests
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role preferred
Exceptional organizational skills are essential (this role requires someone who thrives on keeping everything in order)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic office, bookkeeping, and scheduling tools
Must love dogs and be comfortable assisting with their care as needed
Professional appearance and good grooming required; ability to dress professionally on some days and more casually on others depending on schedule
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Requirements:
Must pass a comprehensive background check
Must be willing to sign a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement
Availability for flexible hours, including occasional after-hours needs
Strong references required
