Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Lincoln, NE, for an Assistant Property Manager. Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day operations of assigned properties, addressing tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Additional duties involve assisting with lease agreements, maintaining records, monitoring budgets and expenditures, and ensuring properties meet operational and aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including managing tenant relations and property maintenance tasks
Knowledge of lease agreements, budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking
Proficiency in office software, property management systems, and maintaining accurate records
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and team members
Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail to address property‑related issues effectively
Experience in property management, real estate, or related fields is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance is beneficial
