Fire Pro Recruiting is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Designer for a full-time role. The Fire Sprinkler Designer will be responsible for creating detailed fire sprinkler system layouts and designs using CAD software, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national codes. Daily tasks include collaborating with project managers, contractors, and engineers, updating designs based on project needs, and assisting with calculations to ensure system accuracy and performance. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and an ability to work effectively across teams to deliver high-quality fire protection solutions. Qualifications

Proficiency in fire sprinkler system design software (such as AutoCAD and Revit) and experience with hydraulic calculations Knowledge of NFPA codes and local building regulations related to fire protection Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret construction documents and blueprints Effective communication and collaboration capabilities for working with project teams, contractors, and clients Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines NICET III certification in Water-Based System Layout (or ready to test for Lvl III) is highly preferred Associate's or Bachelor’s degree related to engineering or fire protection is a plus Prior experience in fire sprinkler design is advantageous
